China Rare
Earth Center for Agriculture Development found in
1984 ratified by the Rare Earth Office of the State
Council is specialized in the research of rare earth
for agriculture use. It is guided in business by
the State Developing and Planning Commission and
the State Science Technique Ministry, and attaches
to Beijing General Research Institute for Nonferrous
Metals.
CREM aims at researching rare earth products and
their application techniques in agriculture, forestry
industry, animal husbandry and aquatics according
to the market in order to increase agricultural
production and |

improve people's
living level.
The technical work of CREM mostly depends on the National
Coordinate Network for Rare Earth in Agriculture that has obtained
a series of technical achievements and awarded the second
prize of the state technical progress through carrying
out the project for multisubject of technical key task
over twenty years.
Changle plant growth regulator, one of the main qualified
products, is produced by the Producer Group that consists
of 10 manufactures and organized by CREM. The Producer
Group has the special license for their production from
the state and the registretic certificate from the Ministry
of Agriculture.
The demonstration and application of Changle all over
the country is organized by CREM. More than 20 provinces
have set up their provincial organization of propaganda
and sale of Changle.
CREM will keep on making contributions to the development
of agriculture and animal husbandry both at home and abroad.
